Created on the crumbling greed of the BlasTech Corporation, the Corporation was absorbed and reorganized into a stronger government structure, the Pentastar Alignment. Led by Supreme Commander Alan Steel, the Alignment dedicates itself in protecting the Outer Rim from assault of the Empire and its allies.

Led by a Council of Moffs, the Alignment is divided into the four sectors of operations where each Moff leads their sector respectively to ensure security and economic prosperity. Moffs have the ultimate authority over their sector other then direct orders from either the Supreme Command or the Grand Moff.

The Alignment takes a hard-line stance to the Empire's policies and while shares some of the same government organizations fully opposes the Galactic Empire's existence. Doing away with humanocentric past of the Empire, the Alignment fully embraces all races and considers them equals within Pentastar Space. The term 'Imperial' is oddly considered taboo within its space, even while the government structure follows an Imperial-like structure.
