Xerf Kathliss had joined the Red Star Alliance sometime in Year 9. Since then, he had become one of the most active members in the entire faction. In a short peroid of time he created a secret group known only as the MoC, which contained members with which he had the best communication and cooperation.

People from the MoC have taken big participation in many of RSA's projects, such as building, producing, and mining. They took a great part in all stages of the industrialisation of the Coyn, Sat'Skar and Halbara planets. No one complained about their activity in the RSA and so finally they were allowed to create their own faction.

After a few months of preparations, everything was almost ready to create Red Star Shipyards. Then suddenly Xerf died. His best friend (and "right hand"), Che`bea`tann took over his place until Dreey Autern, Xerf's uncle, came to Elrood and ascended to the position of leader of RSS. It was then assured, that Red Star Shipyards would be created in few weeks time.

On Year 10, Day 27 the ship faction Red Star Shipyards was succesfully created.

Some time later, RSS has inherited the trademark of famous SoroSuub Corporation, and it's weilding SSC name nowadays...
